Wanted to put this one up quickly.

List $499.99, but $49.99 with a three-year Cingular plan.

They say three to four weeks to ship. Might not have as much to do with the release date as with availability.

it's not like the reps in store have any idea about what is going on.

2. Amazon is the only way to go! Got a great deal on a t809 a year ago, and we just got 2 Pearl on a family plan last week for a grand total of $0 after mail-in rebate. Just got the e-mail that both our rebates were approved. Go for it!

4. I ordered a Blackberry Pearl from Amazon but they forced me to select a data plan. Can I cancel the data plan without having to give Amazon $250 back?
